About us

Designed for the workplace and the environment.

Our story

In 2004 we set out to build a better spray booth.

Pierangelo Ghilardi founded Saicozero in 2004 because spray booth design had barely changed in years. Booths were big, expensive to run and hard on the environment, and nobody was asking why.

So we built something different. Our systems need less floor space, cost less to operate and meet environmental regulations around the world. The first was the Multizone: a single working area where you prep, paint and cure without moving the vehicle.

With its compact integrated regenerator and Regenerative Filtration, which recovers the enthalpy of the air, the Multizone brings running costs and pollutant emissions down to almost zero.
